Free Trial and Returns
We provide a 10-days free trial period beginning from the date of delivery. During this period, customers may return the product if it arrives damaged or if they are not satisfied with their purchase.
An unboxing video is mandatory in all cases of return, regardless of the reason. This video serves as proof of the product’s condition at the time of delivery and is required for us to process any return request.
Conditions of Return
If the product is damaged during delivery, and the unboxing video clearly establishes this, the cost of return delivery will be borne by us.
If the product is being returned because the customer is not satisfied, the item must be in its original condition with all packaging and accessories intact, and in such cases, the cost of return delivery will be borne by the customer.
Refunds
Once the returned product is received and has successfully passed the required quality checks, the refund will be processed to the original payment source. Refunds are generally completed within 7 to 10 business days from the date of approval. The timeline, however, may vary depending on the customer’s payment provider.
Warranty Disclaimer
This policy governs only returns and refunds within the trial period. It does not extend to any form of warranty beyond what is required by applicable law.
